HEAVY HEARTS FULL LENGTH ALBUM "BLISS" OUT ON JUNE 24TH
Ontario rock outfit Heavy Hearts will release their debut full-length Bliss on June 24, 2016 via New Damage Records worldwide. Along side the album announcement, the band unveiled the title track from their forth coming record via Noisey. “’Bliss' was the first song written for our new LP,” drummer Davis Maxwell explains. "It made sense to start the record with a song that acknowledges the fleeting nature of success and the difficulty in creating a piece of unique art in an age where everything is hyper-connected."
Bliss is the follow-up to Heavy Hearts’ recently released 4-song self-titled teaser EP. Recorded and produced by Sam Guaiana (Like Pacific, Coldfront) at Room 21 Sound, the 11 tracks that make up Bliss, see the band fine-tuning their emo punk/alternative rock sound to craft a record that flows cohesively from start to finish. “Our first album had to feel like an album, and before writing, we all made a conscious decision to pay attention to the theme of our music,” comments Maxwell. “Building this record has helped define our creative attitudes over the last year, and sharpened the image that we were developing over our previous releases.”

NEW DAMAGE RECORDS WELCOMES COLDFRONT
New Damage Records is proud to welcome Coldfront to our growing Canadian roster. Check out the bands new song "Molly Blooms" now over at Alternative Press .
"'Molly Blooms' is about climbing out of a rut. It's a love song about turning it all around and finding what truly makes you happy," reveals vocalist Thomas Stewart. "When we went into the studio we had done a bunch of pre-production work prior to arriving, but "Molly Blooms" wasn’t a part of any of that. We actually dropped a couple other songs we had been working on so we could record this song instead, despite having only written it about a week before we started tracking."
To date, the band has released two EPs – Some Things Never Change (2014) and their self-titled debut (2013). Their next EP and EVR debut will be released this summer, with details to be announced soon. Coldfront is comprised of Thomas Stewart (vocals), Christopher Caesarian (guitar, vocals), Jared Cipak (guitar), Michael Kelly (drums) and Erikson Melton (bass).
